Nose
Blood orange and red fruits on the nose.
Palate
Clean, fresh with a delicate and balanced mineral acidity. Guava, and ruby grapefruit dominating the front palate with red liquorice rounding out the finish.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-picked and whole bunch pressed to achieve a very lightly coloured Rosé. Fermentation was stopped a fraction early to retain just the perfect amount of sweetness. The result is a layered, light and off-dry Rosé.
Appearance
Pale salmon with a slight copper hue.
Food Pairing
Enjoy chilled with an Asian style dish that has a touch of spice or a charcuterie plate.
