Palate
Satsuma plum, raspberry and red jubes on the palate. ripe tannin and good acid create a long lasting finish.
Winemaking
Hand picked Shiraz berries with 60% whole bunch fermented on stalks. Hand plunging and manual basket pressing were utilized. Matured in French oak for 14 months.
