Palate

Medium-bodied in weight, with a smooth, silky mouthfeel & bountiful berry fruit flavours. Tannins are very fine; the finish persistent, balanced & satisfying

Growing Conditions

A challenging vintage but the viticulture team was able to deal very effectively with the issues through meticulous canopy management & judicious use of organically approved sprays, meaning quality remained strong

All the varieties were fermented separately in a mix of open & closed fermenters & spent between eight to 21 days on skins. Further aging in oak in separate batches took place until blending.
