Our name 'House of Cards' was inspired by the gamble winemakers and growers take every vintage- you have to play the hand that you are dealt. All fruit used to make House of Cards wine comes from our ACO certified organic single vineyard situated on the iconic Caves Road at the northern end of the Margaret River Region in Western Australia.

Making handcrafted wines of exceptional quality is the sole priority of House of Cards.

After 5 years in the Royal Australian Navy as a Clearance Diver, Travis decided to study Viticulture and Oenology at Curtin University and graduated in 2007. He has honed his Winemaking and Vineyard knowledge working in Margaret River for Amberley Estate, Vasse Felix and Fermoy Estate and overseas during vintages at Waimea Estate (Nelson, NZ) and Sumac Ridge (Okanagan Valley, BC, Canada).

This young winemaker is innovative and utilizes best known practices as well as experimenting with small batches and blocks to ensure that he is one step ahead of the rest. Travis is very competitive and strives for perfection in the vineyard and winery. He hopes you enjoy his ripper wines!

To be released December 2022 this is our flagship wine created from the top barrels from the winery every year.

Rosé

Exotic tropical guava and  ruby grapefruit dominating the palate with a creamy, yet dry finish.

Sparkling

Green apples and key lime pie dominate the aromatics. A persistent and fine effervescence carries the palate through-out the mouth. Perfectly in balance.

The Queen of Margaret River, our Gin Gin Clone chardonnay reveals itself more and more after each delightful sip. Complex and balanced.
